Pelipper is a Tier 3 raid boss, it has a Raid Boss CP of 3600. This shall be solo-able for high-level trainers with well-prepared groups. Be sure to are armed with the proper movesets in your counters. Pelipper can't be shiny from Tier 3 raids.

Pelipper is a Water kind Pokémon, with weaknesses to Electrical and Rock –typed strikes.
