Illuvium Beta 4 and Token Distribution Event

The concept of "play to earn" has gained significant traction this year, and Illuvium is set to surpass its competitors with a token distribution event valued at more than $23 million! This generous giveaway will benefit participants in the forthcoming beta version as well as those already engaged with the Illuvium ecosystem.

The introduction of Play to Airdrop in Illuvium's fourth beta is making a significant impact. Even prior to this, token distributions were underway!

On April 14th, the Illuvium team captured a snapshot to acknowledge and reward participants actively involved in the Illuvium ecosystem. This group comprises individuals engaged in staking within the ILV and Sushi liquidity pools, buyers of Illuvitars, owners of Illuvium Zero land, and those trading on the IlluviDex. A total of 50,000 ILV tokens has been allocated as rewards for these participants!

Coming soon, Illuvium is set to launch a play-to-airdrop event alongside the release of Beta 4. This event will distribute 20,000 tokens during the testnet period of the beta, followed by a further 180,000 tokens during the mainnet beta. The mainnet phase will be accessible to all participants.

Illuvium has set aside a total of 250,000 ILV tokens for these airdrops. According to my estimates, this amounts to tokens valued at $23 million! The specific date for the token airdrop has not been announced yet.

ILV serves as the administrative token within the Illuvium network, permitting holders who stake their tokens to receive a share of the revenues from the IlluviDex.

Further Insights on Illuvium Beta 4

The launch of Beta 4 marks a significant milestone for Illuvium, anticipating the initial integration of its three existing games. The specifics of how this integration will function remain unclear. However, it is evident that Illuvium is encouraging players to rigorously explore these and additional features throughout the beta stages. Therefore, expect that some of the rewards may be set aside specifically for participants who identify glitches and contribute through comprehensive feedback and testing.

However, there should be a sufficient number of tokens available for less competitive players too. To participate in the initial airdrop phase, make sure to register for Private Beta 4. You can sign up now through April 30th, as the testnet is set to go live on that date for 10,000 participants. Registration can be completed using your Immutable Passport.

Illuvium is a massive role-playing game that unfolds in an open-world setting on the Ethereum blockchain, utilizing the Immutable X layer for enhanced performance. In this game, players explore a diverse and expansive terrain to track down and capture mythical beings known as Illuvials. Players, along with their captured Illuvials, embark on a quest to uncover the mysterious events that led to a disastrous catastrophe that fragmented the world.

The primary Illuvium game blends elements of open-world exploration with auto-battler mechanics and creature collection. However, the broader Illuvium web3 ecosystem extends beyond just this game. It also features Illuvium Zero, which is a game focused on constructing and managing land, and Illuvium Beyond, a game centered around personalizing and collecting profile pictures. All these different components of the Illuvium universe are set to integrate with each other upon the release of the beta version.

Illuvium Overworld, an expansive role-playing game, boasts more than 100 unique Illuvials that players can capture, each possessing distinct abilities and traits. Players have the opportunity to capture these creatures, enhance their skills, and merge two Illuvials to create a brand-new entity. Illuvials can be kept on Shards, similar to collectible cards, which encapsulate the essence of each Illuvial. These shards can be traded in the marketplace or shared with friends.

Illuvium features a dedicated trading platform called the IlluviDex, which acts as the primary hub for exchanging everything associated with Illuvium. Additionally, Illuvium incorporates a player-run governance system, consisting of a Council that undergoes periodic elections.
